How do I order from your company?
 
Ordering Instructions:
 
We now offer a convenient shopping cart for you. 
1. Simply locate the item(s) you would like to purchase by clicking on the
    flower by size or flower by color buttons. 
2. Add the quantity you would like then click the “Add To Cart” button. 
3. A new shopping cart details page will open that will show the details of the
    item including, quantity and price.
4. If you would like to add another item to your shopping cart, simply click
    the “Continue Shopping Button.” You will be taken back to the original
    page you were on. Continue to follow the process as mentioned above 
    to add more items to your cart.
5. When you are finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button and follow
    the process for payment by credit card or paypal.  
 
To remove items from your cart.
If there is an item in your cart that you would like to remove, Fill “0” in the quantity and click the “Update” Button to remove the item. When you are finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button and follow the process for payment by credit card or paypal. 
 
I do not have a paypal account can I still purchase items from your website?
Yes, you can checkout without having a paypal account. Simply pay using your credit card.  
 
Do you accept Credit Card Payments?
Yes, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card & JCB
 

How do I make a payment using my Credit Card?
1.  When you are finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button.

2.  A new page will open showing your shopping cart details, including

     a fill in form for your shipping address and billing address.

3.  To complete your purchase enter your address and billing information

     then, click the submit button. You will be taken to another page where

     you can review your shipping address and billing address. If your information

     is correct, simply click on the “Select” button. A new page will open where

     you fill in your credit card details. 

4.  Once you have filled in your credit card information, click on the submit

     button to send your payment. 

 

Please Note: Credit card payments are processed through Bangkok Bank secure

gateway services. Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure code. VeriSignAuthenticated, SSL (secure sockets layer transactions).

 
I have a special event and need my items fast, how fast can I receive my order?
We have three shipping options. Registered Mail, EMS through the post office and private Express package carriers such as FedEx or UPS.
 
Estimated Delivery Times are:
 
Registered Airmail    10 to 20 Business Days w/delivery confirmed tracking
                                  number.*
EMS                          5 to 7   Business Days with full tracking.
FedEx, UPS etc.,       3 to 5   Business Days with full tracking. *
 
* Delivery Times are Estimates and will vary from country to country depending on customs and your local postal system processes.
 
Russia, Malta, France Italy & South American Countries. 

Orders shipped to these countries "may" take longer for delivery (even using EMS Express Post). This is due to slow customs and postal system processes in your country.  If you need your order fast we would recommend our optional private carrier service such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.  If you would like to use a private carrier please contact us for pricing.    

 
*Some private Carriers such as FedEx or UPS may have a brokerage fee upon delivery.
 
If you have a special event please try to plan ahead to allow sufficient time to receive your order. 
 
* Please Note: That private express package carriers do not ship to a P.O. Box. For faster processing of your order, please email us your street address if you select this option.

How long does it take to process orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.  If for some unusual circumstance we do not have a specific item in stock for immediate shipment we will offer either a replacement item similar to the item you purchased (color, size, shape) or notify you of the time and date the original ordered item will be available to ship, with the option to wait for the completion date to ship the entire order, ship the back ordered item separately when completed or cancel the entire order. 
 
I would like to purchase a large order of items do you have them in stock?
Most of our items are handmade. We try our best to maintain enough stock for both large and small orders. If you would like to purchase a large order of a specific item(s) please contact us prior to making your purchase. Please keep in mind that our flowers are made by hand and may require a lead time to complete very large orders. Contact us for details. 
 
Can you provide custom colors?
In most cases we can provide custom colors. Minimum order $1000 USD. We also may require a color swatch to match the colors. In many cases we may have the items in stock that will be a very close match to the required color needed. For more details see Special Orders.  
 
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Unlike other companies, if you only want to place an order with us for one small item, we'll be happy to serve you.   
 
Special Orders
We require payment in advance, including estimated shipping charges and any special handling costs on Special Orders. Special orders for small quantities of a product may be subject to a handling charge.
 
Do you offer discount pricing on quantity or bulk orders? 
All prices are listed on the web site. Some items do offer small and large quantity pricing, and some items do not.  See the pricing listed for the item you wish to purchase to see if there is a bulk order discount.
 
Do you provide samples of your products? 
We do not send samples of any of our products. However, single mixed flower packs in various sizes and shapes are available for purchase.
 
How do I order a catalog from you? 
We do not have a print catalog at this time. Some people have found our web site catalog to be helpful. If you have any specific request please contact us at support@iamroses.com  or iamroses08@yahoo.com
 
Product Variances:
 
Are there color and shape variances in your items?
Our items are made by hand. With any handmade product color shape and size may vary slightly than the photos shown online. Be sure to contact us if you have specific size or appearance requirements.
 
Assortments or mixed item packages may not include the exact colors and quantities shown in the photos. 
 
Because of variances in configurations of computers and monitors the colors you see may be slightly different.  With any handmade hand dyed process, flower colors may vary slightly from one lot to the next.
 
Product Count & Weight:
We do our best to provide full count of each and every flower to ensure the correct amount of pieces are in each pack. We also use single flower, single pack and full package weight when shipped which helps determine correct amounts. Please be sure to purchase enough items to complete your project.
 
Why do we ask for your phone number and/or email address?  
We ask for this information in the event we have questions and need to contact you about your order. Occasionally we do not have what you ordered in stock, or maybe we aren't clear about the information in your order.  A phone number or email address allows us to contact you.  It is our policy to keep your information completely private.  We do not (and will not in the future) share our customer information with any other party.   If you still prefer not to provide us with this information we will still do our best to fill your order to the best of our ability.
 
Where Do you Ship From?
We ship from our facility in Thailand. We also have offices in USA, Australia to help you with your needs.
  
Do I have to Pay Customs Duties or Taxes?
We always try our best to minimize your import duties (GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). In most cases of shipping there is no duty or taxes payable. For large orders there may be customs taxes in certain countries. If there are any additional charges generated for customs clearance, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
 
Do you ship as Gift to a Gift Recipient?  
Our products make great gifts. We are happy to ship directly to your gift recipient. Please be sure to add the recipient's address to your PayPal account before paying. We cannot ship to gift addresses listed in the "comments" section of the PayPal payment form. We will enclose a packing slip that lists your name as the sender and does not display the item cost.
 
I haven’t received my order yet? 
For most countries, estimated Delivery for Registered Airmail is 10 to 20 business days. If you have not received your order within 15 business days from the date shown on your ship notice, please contact us we will check the delivery status of your order. This tracking process usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
 
I did not receive a reply to my email address?

Many e-mail service providers use very strong anti spam filters. If you have not received a reply from us please check your spam or bulk mail folders. If you do not find our reply to your message please check with your service provider to adjust your spam or bulk mail filter and send a message to us again.  Our response time for e-mails is usually within 24 - 48 hours.
